Community Capacity Building

Capacity building is about strengthening the capacity of local communities to develop their skills in ways that help them manage their small businesses and enterprises effectively. Through training and other initiatives, communities are offered tailored programmes that develop entrepreneurial abilities.

In other words, it is the instilling, development and polishing of the entrepreneurial skills a person needs to establish and run an enterprise successfully. Under this programme, a wide range of training is conducted for community members to meet their enterprise needs.
